Meaningful Movies/Eastside – October 6, 6:30PM – “Good Food”
The Earthkeeping Team at Holy Cross is hosting this first Meaningful Movies/Eastside and will be showing “Good Food.” Instead of cooking on Thursday, Oct. 6, join us for a meal at 6:30PM chock full of garden fresh goodies from the Orchard Gardens P-Patch. “Dinner and a movie” will be onsite at Holy Cross Lutheran in the Fellowship Hall at 4315 129th Pl. SE, Bellevue, WA 98006. Corner of Newport Way and Factoria Blvd.
The “Good Food” film is about sustainable farming in the Northwest. “A film to awaken our taste buds and our courage.” It’s very fun, uplifting and inspiring for us all! Please RSVP to Janet Farness at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can plan enough food! Or call the church office at 425-746-4848. All are welcome. Feel free to share this note in your newsletters or distribution lists. We may pass the hat to put together additional support for Bellevue’s HopeLink food bank. Giving is optional.
